This actually looks very interesting, I'm thinking about trying it out a bit. I have no doubts that it is doubly inefficient (less than efficient implementation of the instruction set, and the 'building blocks' adding additional redundancy) but if the feature set of the 'building blocks' is impressive enough, you might be able to do something actually useful with it. Maybe...
I wouldn't mind trying this myself. I'm not exactly a programmer, but I am not totally unfamiliar with code either. I don't have the luxury of an Android device, but I have got it to run in an emulator (plus my best friend has an Android phone), so this might motivate me to put together an Android laptop.
