First up, a nice top 10 list of the reasons you do not get followed in return. I've been playing attention to this lately, after unfollowing nearly 100 twitter accounts that did not follow back, nor offer engaging content.

And now, a tool for Twitter that allows you some tools to manage the people you follow. I'm hoping it will be useful for dragging and dropping users into lists as well.
